An apartment is a suite or series of rooms forming a residence within a larger singular room, it has a kitchen where one can cook and save meals, sitting room, and bed rooms with toilets. Some apartments in Arusha are one on the top floor of Runako Lodge.

House

These are the buildings designed for the purpose of accommodating people especially visitors where they will be staying with the owner of the house and enjoy every service such as foods, drinks and others while in the particular house.
