Day 1: Transfer to Nyerere National Park, Game Drive and Boat Cruise
On the first day of the safari you will leave Zanzibar on a ferry at 7am for Dar es Salaam from where your guide shall pick you and transfer you to Selous Game Reserve. Selous is quite a distance so you will arrive by mid-day and on arrival and after lunch; you will go for a boat ride in the Rufiji River. Crocodiles, hippos and hippos can be seen here as well as other animals as they converge to quench their thirst. Crocodiles take advantage to hunt their prey and you might be treated to sights of animal action if lucky. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 2: Game Drive in Nyerere National Park, Guided Walking Safari
After early breakfast, proceed for game drive with picnic lunch. Enjoy the scenic views of the Selous Game Reserve, and spot more animals that you may have otherwise missed. Selous is roughly the size of Switzerland with unexploited African wilderness and rolling savanna plains. Look out for various animals including African Wild Dogs, herds of elephants, giraffes, among so many others. Enjoy your picnic lunch in the wilderness with mazing views of the park.
Thereafter, you shall enjoy a guided walking safari through the savanna of the park, for an opportunity to come up-close with nature and wildlife. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge as above.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive and Departure
