Hunter’s Lodge Tsavo National Park : Hunter’s lodge is a mid range accommodation (3.5 star) found in Kiboko, chyulu hills close to the kenya’s famous Tsavo west national park. The lodge is standing on 25 acres of lush garden landscape on Kiboko springs .Hunter’s lodge is convenient and business friendly to guests especially bird lovers , you enjoy the whispering sound of the bird around the lodge and panoramic view of the surrounding areas.
The lodge is under Mada hotels and lodges that runs different accommodations (properties) among East African countries. You can be at the lodge by road which takes about 99 miles from Nairobi city center to the lodge and it takes 332 km from Mombasa , then 110 minutes drive to Tsavo west national park then an hour to fly to The lodge .
Hunter’s lodge contains 62 beautiful and luxurious rooms reflecting traditional Kenyan building style with modern comfort . Rooms are well decorated and furnished with private en suite facilities like flushing toilets, hot and cold showers/Bathtubs, mosquito nets, hair driers and private balconies, terraces and sitting areas ,you relax while enjoying the stunning view of the Lush gardens, wilderness and surrounding area .
Rooms are well equipped with Satellite, flat screen TVs, with comfortable clean beddings containing king and queen sized beds . There are campfires at the lodge that provides warmth to visitor in cold nights. Rooms are in different categories and sizes depending on single ,double ,twin and triple/family rooms and room cost 300$ per night and above, sometimes the rate goes slightly high during peak/high seasons than in Low season.

Tsavo national park is largest national park in the world covering the total area of 22,000km squared and its divided into two separate parks located in Kenya Province between Nairobi city and Mombasa. The two different parks in Tsavo national park include; Tsavo east national park which is the oldest and largest park in Kenya found in the semi arid areas of Taru desert occupying the total area of 13,747 kilometers squared and Tsavo west national park also covers the total area of 9,065 kilometers squared . The Two park are most visited with different categories of accommodations ; Budget , Mid range and Luxury accommodation that are convenient and affordable to visitors visiting the park.
Tsavo national park has a variety of wildlife like; Elephants, Rhinos, Hippos, Buffaloes, Zebras , Leopards, Giraffes , Cheetahs, Lions Mention but a few and over 500 species of birds which include; ostriches, starling , weaver birds, Kingfishers, hornbills etc.
