Day 1: Pick up in Nairobi and drive to Masai Mara reserve
Your guide will pick you up in Nairobi and welcome you for the safari. You will also have a short briefing as you prepare for your drive to Masai Mara national reserve. Your guide will drive you to Maasai Mara reserve where you will engage in an evening game drive and search for wildlife species around the savannah plains like elephants, giraffes, antelopes, wildebeests, zebras, lions, leopards, rhinos among others. After your game drive, you will be driven to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Mara Base Camp
Day 2 and 3: Full day in Masai Mara reserve, Maasai Community Tour
After having breakfast at your lodge, your guide will drive you around Masai Mara reserve for a full day of exploring the savannah plains in search of elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, buffalos, antelopes, impalas, zebras, giraffes, hippos, waterbucks, wildebeests, cheetahs among others.
You will have a morning and afternoon game drive as you drive around the Masai Mara in search of the wildlife species and other attractions at the destination. You shall also get to experience the Maasai cultural tour for an opportunity to learn about the way of life of the Maasai tribe. After your game drives, your guide will drive you back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay Mara Base Camp
Day 4: Drive to Serengeti National Park
You will start your day with breakfast at the lodge in Masai Mara as you prepare for your journey to Serengeti national park. Your guide in Kenya will drive you to Isebania border where you will be met by your guide in Tanzania who will welcome you for the safari. You will proceed to your lodge in Serengeti national park for check in and dinner and overnight stay at Ang’ata Serengeti Camp
Day 5: Full day in Serengeti National Park
After a morning breakfast at your lodge, you will explore Serengeti national park during a morning and afternoon game drive as you search for wildlife species around the endless savannah plains such as elephants, wildebeests, hippos, giraffes, zebras, gazelles, impalas, kudu, hippos, cheetahs, lions, leopards among others. You will have lunch after visiting Serengeti national park as you prepare for another game drive around the national park. You will later return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay as above
Day 6: Drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Crater Rim Walk
Your guide will pick you up from the lodge after breakfast and you will start your Tanzania wildlife safari to the Ngorongoro conservation area where you will enjoy more wildlife viewing experiences. Enjoy wild game viewing as you leave the Serengeti for the conservancy. Enjoy a guided crater rim walk for a chance to come up close with nature and wild game in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge
Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater Drive, Departure
After breakfast at the lodge with your packed lunch, you will descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro crater for a game drive where you will search for wildlife species like lions, leopards, elephants, buffalos, rhinos, hyenas, jackals, hippos, zebras, herds of wildebeests.
You will also see attractions such as Lake Magadi where you will see a variety of birds such as flamingos as well as other wildlife species grazing in the nearby plains.
After lunch, you shall drive to the airport for your departure flight or hotel of stay in Arusha, which will bring your safari to an end.
