6 days Tanzania highlights safari will start in Arusha and during the safari you will visit Tarangire national park, Ngorongoro conservation area and also Lake Manyara national park as you visit the northern part of Tanzania.
During your 6 days Tanzania safari, your guide will drive you to Lake Manyara national park where you will see tree climbing lions and other wildlife species. You will also visit Tarangire national park and also the Ngorongoro conservation area.
You will engage in game drives in the morning and afternoon during your 6 days Tanzania safari. Your safari will end in Arusha after your wildlife viewing experience.

Detailed itinerary
Day 1; pick up and drive to Arusha
Your guide will pick you up from the airport on the 1st day of your safari and welcome you for your safari. You will continue to your hotel in Arusha where you will check in and have lunch. You will spend the rest of the day at your hotel in Arusha and have your dinner and overnight at Tulia boutique hotel and spa.
Day 2; drive to Tarangire national park
You will start your day with breakfast at your hotel in Arusha as you prepare for your transfer to Tarangire national park. You will be driven to your lodge in the national park where you will check in and prepare to have your lunch.
After lunch you will engage in an afternoon game drive in Tarangire national park and search for wildlife species like elephants, giraffes, lions, buffalos, antelopes, zebras among others. Your guide will drive you to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Baobab tented lodge.
Day 3; full day in Tarangire national park
You will have breakfast early at your lodge in Tarangire national park as you prepare for a morning game drive around the national park where you will enjoy also seeing the ancient baobab trees as you look out for wildlife species like elephants, lions, buffalos, zebras, antelopes, giraffes among others. After your morning game drive in the national park, you will have your lunch.
After lunch during your safari you will engage in an afternoon game drive and look out for more wildlife species in the wilderness of Tarangire national park. You will be driven back to your lodge after the game drive for dinner and overnight at Baobab tented lodge.
Day 4; drive to Ngorongoro crater
After having breakfast at your lodge in Tarangire national park, your guide will drive you to the Ngorongoro conservation area. You will descend about 600 meters into the Ngorongoro crater and engage in a game drive as you search for different wildlife species such as elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, buffalos, wildebeests, zebras, antelopes, cheetahs, hippos, hyenas, warthogs among others.
You will explore the crater floor in search of wildlife species in the Ngorongoro crater and also see flamingos along the shores of Lake Magadi. Your guide will drive you back to your lodge after your game drive for dinner and overnight at Eileen’s tree inn.
Day 5; drive to Lake Manyara national park
Your breakfast will be served at your lodge on the 5th day of your safari as you prepare to be driven to Lake Manyara national park. You will check in at your lodge before engaging in a game drive around the national park in search of wildlife species such as tree climbing lions, elephants, hippos, antelopes, zebras, monkeys, baboons, waterbucks and many others.
You will also enjoy seeing attractions like Lake Manyara and also the beautiful scenery in the national park during your safari. Your dinner and overnight will be at Nsya lodge.
Day 6; departure
On the last day of your safari your guide will pick you up after breakfast at your lodge. You will be driven back to Arusha where your guide will drop you off at the airport or at your hotel in Arusha which will bring your 6 days Tanzania wildlife safari to an end.
