4 Days Tanzania Wildlife Special (Lake Manyara, Serengeti, & Ngorongoro) is a breathtaking safari which will give you an opportunity to explore the best-protected areas in Tanzania which include Lake Manyara national park which is known for harboring the tree climbing lions and different bird species like flamingos, Serengeti national park which provides incredible wildlife experiences of the great wildebeest migration where more than one million wildebeest, thousands of zebras, gazelle and other antelopes migrate from the south to the north in search of fresh pasture. From Serengeti national park you will visit Ngorongoro conservation area where you will view abundant wildlife species including the big five mammals (lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes and only population of black rhinos).

Day 1 of the 4 days Tanzania wildlife special
Pick up from Arusha and transfer to Lake Manyara national park, on day 1 of the 4 days Tanzania wildlife special our driver guide will pick you up from your hotel with your lunch box or airport, brief you about the safari and then start the journey to Lake Manyara national park which is located at the base of the great rift valley escarpment. The journey takes about 3 hours drive with great views of the Maasai villages on the way and upon arrival you will have a picnic lunch and then go for an afternoon game drive in the park. During the game drive you will explore the acacia woodland and savannah grassland plains with stunning views of elephants, impalas, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, warthogs, wildebeest, monkeys, baboons, different bird species among others. After the game drive you will drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Transfer from Lake Manyara national park to Serengeti national park
After breakfast on day 2 of the 4 days Tanzania wildlife special, you will check out of the lodge with packed lunch to transfer to Serengeti national park. You will have stunning views of beautiful landscape, local people and upon arrival you will have a picnic lunch in the Serengeti plains and then go for an afternoon game drive where you will explore the savannah grassland plains with views of animals like elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, elands, waterbucks, hartebeest, bushbucks, warthogs, different bird species, views of the sundowner among others. After the game drive you will drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Morning game drive in Serengeti national park and transfer to Ngorongoro crater
Morning game drive, after an early breakfast on day 3 of the 4 days Tanzania wildlife special you will carry your lunch box, check out of the lodge and meet up with your driver-guide to go for a morning game drive to Seronera river valley which is one of the best areas in the park for wildlife viewing. Seronera river valley harbors big cats like lions, leopards, hyenas, cheetahs, jackals, other animals like hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes, elephants, impalas, topi, bat eared foxes and different bird species. During the game drive in Seronera valley you will also be able to witness the great wildebeest migration where more than one million wildebeest and thousands of zebras, gazelle migrate from the south to the northern part of the park in search of fresh grass. After the exciting game drive you will have a picnic lunch in the park with great views of wildlife species and later driver out of the park to transfer to the Ngorongoro conservation area.
On the way you will have fascinating views of animals in Serengeti national park with a stopover at Olduvai Gorge an archaeological site which is located between Serengeti national park and Ngorongoro crater. During the tour at Olduvai gorge site you will be able to see the early hominine fossils of plants and mammals that were discovered by Louis and Mary Leakey, visit the Olduvai Gorge museum overlooking the site where you will be able to learn about the history of the area, its importance, interact with a resident to know its significance, buy some souvenirs from the shop among others. After the Olduvai Gorge visit you will continue to Ngorongoro conservation area where you will check into the lodge, have an evening relaxation, dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Morning game drive and departure to Arusha
Morning game drive, after an early breakfast on the last day of the 4 days Tanzania wildlife special you will meet up with your driver guide to go for a morning game drive in the Ngorongoro crater which is the world’s largest unbroken volcanic caldera. During the game drive you will descend down the crater through the lush forests to the crater floor where you will have spectacular views of abundant wildlife species such as the big five mammals and other animals except the giraffes, view different bird species, crater lakes, different plant and tree species, take stunning photos among others. After the game drive you will drive back to the lodge for lunch.
Departure to Arusha, after lunch you will meet up with your driver guide and start the journey back to Arusha town where your driver guide will drop you off at the airport for your international departure flight or drop off at any place of convenience.
