Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi, Tsavo East National Park
Pick up from your Nairobi hotel and drive to Tsavo East national park which is a less 6 hrs drive. You will arrive with short Game en-route to your luxury lodge / camp. Check in and have lunch. In the afternoon you will go for game drive Tsavo East offers some of the most magnificent game viewing in the world and attractions include elephant, rhino, Hippos, lions, cheetah, leopards, Buffalos, diverse plant and bird species. Later Dinner and overnight at Voi Wildlife Lodge.
Day 2: Tsavo East National Park – Tsavo West National Park
Early morning breakfast, after breakfast check out with game drive. You will arrive Tsavo West with Game en-route proceeding to your luxury camp / lodge for lunch and check in. Check in at your camp / lodge. Later afternoon more game drive in the park with a visit to Mzima springs where you can see hippos and fish in a crystalline clear water. There are possibilities of seeing crocodiles and monkeys the sight of fifty million gallons of crystal clear water gushing out of from the under parched lava rock that is the Mzima Springs, to the Shetani lava flows. Day 3: Transfer to Amboseli National Park
Early morning breakfast, after breakfast check out with game en-route Leave Tsavo West for Amboseli National Park which is less than less 5 Hrs drive. You will arrive Amboseli with a short game drive in time for lunch, Check in at your camp / lodge have lunch and rest.
Afternoon more game in Amboseli Park which lies at the floors of Mount Kilimanjaro. Mount Kilimanjaro offers scenic backgrounds for photography. Elephants, Lions, Cheetah, Buffalo etc. can be seen at the swamp area and open plains. Later dinner and overnight at Sentrim Amboseli Camp
Day 4: Full Day Amboseli National Park, Evening Walking Safari
On this day, proceed for an early morning game drive before returning to your camp for breakfast. After breakfast Full day spend in the park with packed lunch in search of its popular residents like the well-known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, and Hippo with a view of Mt Kilimanjaro.
Enjoy a guided walking safari in the beautiful scenic Amboseli National Park. Later return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay as above.
Day 5: Transfer to Masai Mara Game Reserve
Early morning breakfast. After breakfast leave Amboseli National Park for Masai Mara. Lunch will be enjoyed en-route. Check in at your luxury camp / lodge and have lunch. Dinner and overnight at Sentrim Mara Camp
Day 6&7: Full Day Masai Mara Game Reserve, Maasai Cultural Safari
Early morning game drive and return to camp for breakfast. After breakfast Full day in the park with packed lunch in search of its popular residents, The Masai Mara plains are full of wildebeest during migration season early July to end September, zebra, impala, topi, giraffe, Thomson’s gazelle are regularly seen, leopards, lions, hyenas, cheetah, jackal and bat-eared foxes. Black rhino are a little shy and hard to spot but are often seen at a distance if you are lucky. Hippos are abundant in the Mara River as are very large Nile crocodiles, who lay in wait for a meal as the wildebeest cross on their annual quest to find new pastures. Later Meals and overnight stay as above.
Day 8: Transfer to Serengeti National Park
After a sumptuous breakfast at the lodge, proceed for a transfer to Serengeti National Park via the Isebania Border. Enjoy a game drive as you drive to your lodge in northern Serengeti. Check in, relax as you wait for dinner and overnight stay at Osinon Camp or its equivalent.
Day 9: Full day in Serengeti N.P
After breakfast then continues with both morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti national Park to have a look for lion, leopard, elephant, cheetah, buffalo, zebra, wildebeest, eland, hyenas, gazelles, hippos and more. Chance to witness the great wildebeest migration. You will have all meals and overnight as above.
Day 10: Transfer to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Ngorongoro Crater Rim Walk
Enjoy breakfast at the lodge, check out and enjoy yet another amazing wild game viewing opportunity in the Serengeti Plains as you leave for Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Drive to Ngorongoro crater rim. You will enjoy your picnic lunch in the conservancy, after which you will engage in a walking safari along the crater rim enjoying the beauty scenery of the Ngorongoro highlands. Later walk back and meet your vehicle back to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Karatu Tented Lodge.
Day 11: Ngorongoro Crater Drive, Maasai Bomas Visit
You will have breakfast then descends into the Crater floor a game drive around Ngorongoro. All the big 5 such as rhinos, lion, leopard, buffalo and elephant live in this wonderful caldera, others are zebra, hippos, wildebeest, hyena and many more. Birds such as flamingos can be seen on the soda lake. After your game drive, you will enjoy lunch and then get to visit the Maasai Bomas and see how the Masai tribe lives. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay as above.
Day 12: Lake Manyara Park Night Game Drive
After breakfast check out and drive to Lake Manyara national park where you will have a stop in Mto wa Mbu for a cultural interaction. Enjoy your leisurely lunch at the lodge. Later in the night you shall head out for a night game drive. The park is home to Tree climbing Lion, Buffalo, Giraffe, Hippo, troops of baboons, also flamingo birds and more. After your game drive, you will return to your lodge for an overnight stay at Twiga lodge.
Day 13: Departure
Early breakfast will be served at your lodge. Depending on your flight time, you can enjoy an optional cycling in the banana plantations and then proceed for a transfer to the airport for your outbound flight.
